solved.it has recognised these problems and together with our customers we have devised full range of flexible support contracts which can be tailored to fit each individual companies needs. We understand that not one size fits all and we try not to pigeon hole our contracts.

You simply chose the support contract that is best suited to your needs and you can add additional services if required, you can upgrade your support package at any point during the 12 month contract should your business needs change.
